I'm getting real frustrated with Lunarpages support here.  My site's SSL certificate expired on this past Sunday.  I've submitted a ticket to get a new SSL certificate installed.  My site has not been able to provide secure pages for order processing since Monday.  It's essentially out of commission.  It's now Wednesday evening and the SSL certificate is still not installed.  Is Lunarpages getting too big for it's own good?  I've called several times inquiring about it and each time I get an answer of "we get to it when we get to it".  or "we've increased the priority".   If it takes this long to get a SSL certificate installed should I shudder to think how long it will take to bring a server back up if it goes down.    Lunarpages charges $45 dollars to get the CSR generated and the certificate installed.  Is this money not worth earning?

Disappointed and frustrated.

I don't have any more direct way to get any information than you with regards this, but I will highlight this issue with LP staff.

If I find out what has happened and why it has taken this amount of time, I will get back to you.
