Been using this program for about a month now, and it seems to do a very good job.  Will get rid of annoyances and "bHO's" like Xupiter, LOP, and so on.  It updates with new spyware as they come out, and has many other functions.  Find it at

Just tried this one and it seems very good.Link didnt work but i got it through here instead..

OUCH.  Hey, did you take a look at http://twebman.lunarpages.com/security.htm ?  It really does work.  Don't even run all-time anti-virus software here (though I won't OPENLY recommend that heheh).
