I am using cpanel to webprotect a folder for users. Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of users that I can add? I am looking at maybe 800-1000 users that I will need to add.

Once users get their account and password, can they change their password by themselves. I am not sure if this can be done other than me changing it manually.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

You could use a script to do this.

Using the web-protect from the control panel wouldn't be as good, in my opinion.

It probably can handle multiple users, but I wouldn't recommend it. A script from somewhere like www.hotscripts.com would be an easier solution (once you get it installed).
