There is a Dreamweaver extension called "Ultra Close Window".  The filename for the extension is typically MX264716_Ultra_Close_Window.mxp.
It installs a js file that has a non-destructive worm called PUROL.A.
It has back-door capabilities and a high damage potential!

If this was posted on Macromedia's site, did they take that download off?

If it was on the official site, they would have removed it by now.
