He recibido respuesta al e-ticket de soporte de publicdomain. Adjunto abajo el contenido del soporte. Lo que yo he enviado y la respuesta.
De su lectura, ya que hablo y leo el inglés muy mal, deduzco lo siguiente:
Los pasos que debo dar son los siguientes (Micht, corrígeme si me equivoco, por favor):
1 - Contrato con vosotros el plan básico, y traslado los dominios que puedo trasladar, que son exfonts.com y penyasinprisas.com. Creo que en esto no tendré problemas.
Vosotros entonces me proveeréis de otro panel de control de dominios, con un nuevo ID, ajeno y distinto al que tengo ahora con Hosting LMI S.L.
2 - Relleno el formulario que me han enviado los de publicdomain, y les indico mi nuevo ID de cliente del nuevo panel de control de dominios que vosotros me facilitaréis al convertirme en cliente vuestro. El formulario se lo envío por medio del e-mail de soporte, junto a una copia de mi Documento Nacional de Identidad, que es el documento de identificación oficial en España.
3 - ¿Y luego? ¿Aparecerá activo ecimac.com en mi nuevo panel de control de dominios para que pueda manejarlo?
4 - ¿Y a quién le pago la renovación del dominio?
