If you login to your CAP at https://account.lunarpages.com under the Upgrades tab there should be an option for additional IP addresses (I believe there should be anyways). If there isn't, e-mail vps@lunarpages.com and you can get some more added to your account. |

thank you, you guys are fast! How do I access that account section? the welcome email I have seems to have details on the VPS access not of the account panel?

Hello: I didn't find an account with that domain name. You can send an e-mail to support@lunarpages.com with your primary domain name to get your account information resent. |

We apologize but this section is only available to customers who pay via credit card or e-check
And i paid via Stratocash, any way for me to get extra IP's?

It seems this is far more efficient and faster than support tickets or emailing you guys so I will try it again..
1) the system is asking for my cc details to add IP's but I dont have one on file as I used to Stratocash, can I still order additional Ip's and how , or should I just give up?
2) I added another domain from WHM however although it seems to resolve to the right IP , it won't load, so again, is there something specific I have to do in order to have an additional domain on my VPS?
3) do I HAVE to inform beforehand which domain I want or can I just get my IP and assign it to a domain 'on the fly' ?

1. You will need to e-mail vps@lunarpages.com. Be patient if they don't respond within 20 seconds  2. It's possible the domain name is still propagating. Make sure the name servers are correct. 3. nope, the domain name is just assigned to your account, then in WHM you would add the IP address and assign it as needed. |

No serious, the problem is not the delay is just that the person answering keeps telling me to provide the cc info instead of telling me how to go about using the payment method I initially selected....  2. The domain IS indeed pointing to the right IP (tried pinging it and tracing it) however I get a timeout message whereby if I type http://209.200.247.22/~www12da1/ it loads the correct page therefore I assume everything is installed and uploaded properly? thanks again! Make sure you reply with your CC info so our staff can confirm your account. Once we confirm it, we will be able to add that additional IP to your account if we get your permission. |

You see what I mean?  Now it is getting irritating and frustrating really! Is anybody READING my messages??? There is NO CC info on the account, as I wrote by email, posted here and again and again! I paid via STRATOCASH.. so (in case I did not say it 10 times already) I do NOT have CC INFO on file, so, how do I add those IP's? I do hope to get a straight answer now??? GoldGames |

I spoke with an Aton Gilliam at dedicated@lunarpages.com as per your suggestion but... still no IP or no indication of how to go about it. furthermore . I cannot access my email via any email client. it seems POP3 daemon doesn't allow LOGIN/PLAINTEXT authentication?? I am getting frustrated here.... GoldGames |
