Could you give us your help desk ticket number?  From that I will check up on this, see where the bottleneck might be - and hopefully get you pointed in the right direction.  What answer were they able to give you at dedicated@lunarpages.com?  They should have been able to give you a good answer as to what you can do next or if not, then you can ask them as well.  They are really helpful folks.

9039-JVSM-1997 is the help desk ticket number , dedicatedchat said they would look into it but nothing happened as of yet!

Alright, I just looked it up and it appears it is being worked on as we speak.  Somebody should be contacting you today via the ticket on and about the issue.   Thumbs Up

Well, I was about to post a big THANK YOU here...
Except I went to login to both CPanel and WHM and...

When trying to access cpanel or WHM I am getting a page saying

Unactivated license file...

Is it me , a bad karma or what???
