Ok I transferred everything onto my new VPS account. Everything is working fine. I have a a script that I use to add a top frame on a sites content, The script use's cgi and a lot of files are .CGI files. I have it set up 100% right so it is something server side not sure what. I would call Customer service but I think there closed because I keep getting a voice mail box.

Here is admin panel folder with files that are used to generate Top Frame url's, it is just giving me Forbidden message

Yep all permissions are set 100% right. Everything is set up right I have installed this on old shared servers with no problem. Never used a .htaccess file for this script.

perestrelka thanks for trying to help me with this, I have already emailed and called. Just waiting for response, if none I guess I will call in the morning. Just trying to get everything working ASAP as all my sites are dropping in traffic. I need to start updating my sites again ASAP.
