I just bought the VPS Plan today, but when I want to install Plesk in Virtuozzo , it says

Plesk cannot be automatically installed on your VPS. Contact your provider for further information.
You can get and install Plesk from here.

then I click the here link, it takes me to http://www.swsoft.com/en/buyonline/plesk/ ask me to buy it, is it right?

I dont think I need to pay for that, as when I purchased my first VPS, it didnt happen!

Can someone give a clue?

Our VPS plans don't come with Plesk on them by default. If you look on the vps web hosting plan page (http://www.lunarpages.com/virtual-private-server/) you will see that plesk is only Available and not included in the Plan. We have Plesk available for the following prices:

$10 install
10 domains - $10 / month (only available for VPS, not available for Dedicated customers)
30 domains - $18 / month
100 domains - $25 / month
Unlimited domains - $35 / month
Language Pack - $6 /month
Power Pack - $15/ month
