Hi LP,

Basically I need installed -
ffmpeg
ffmpeg-php
libavcodec
mencoder
flvtool2

I've managed to add and extact the source files but have got stuck as soon after.
I need it to run a Youtube clone on my IPB forum.

here is a link to the instructions I've been following but have got stuck from part 4. Create the codecs directory & import them

I would be Very grateful, if anyone could help?
I believe that LP will not install it on my VPS for me or am I wrong?

We'd be happy to install those things for you, however a $75 per hour fee applies.
You would definitely want to e-mail dedicated@lunarpages.com or vps@lunarpages.com with that kind of request, were you so inclined.
