Today and yesterday certain IP's (mine included) weren't able to access our site (www.freelanc3r.org), if I use a proxy, it works fine, without I see the following (using FireFox):
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
    *   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
          moments.
    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.
    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Most of the players who have experienced the same say it is just temporarily, but in my situation I cannot wait hours.

Anyone know what's going on?

May be related to the ddos attack, LP may have blocked your address. Have you attempted to contact support about the issue.

Hi Scream,

There was a DDoS attack on the LV network yesterday but not today. Did you try to check the logs of your VPS to see if there was something related to the rate of connections that was preventing your from connecting?

Also it would be very useful to issue traceroute from your PC to the server when this issue happens again to check if there is a some kind of networking issues on the route from your ISP to the VPS.
