http://74.50.5.242/test/php/test.html

Double check your "Web Hosting Settings" for that domain.  Make sure "PHP Support" is checked.

Other than that...not sure.

Hello Mke,

Did you do any customizations to PHP configuration on the server in the past? For example, SuPHP installation.

I use suPHP,  I haven't changed anything since I started using suPHP. As I said before other clients work well since that time. I don't think I changed anything in php configuration file

Hi Mke,

If I remember it correctly, if you have suPHP with plesk it may be required to modify the VirtualHost entry for your domains in httpd.conf. It is usually stored in /var/www/vhosts/[DOMAIN]/conf/httpd.include. Please compare the file for sites where PHP works and does not work. Is there any differences in them?

yes you are right about httpd.conf and it's place, there is another file, vhost.conf but I checked them double time and they look the same. I even copied them and replaced necessary elements like domain, user, the same thing I did before. Moreover as far as I understand suPHP is about issue with permissions, so I am almost sure that basically if you manualy set file permissions to 777 it should work anyway.

Hi Mke,

SuPHP does not allows insecure permissions like 777, and it usually gives 500 error, if there is an issue with permissions instead of allowing to download the script. At this point I would recommend opening a ticket with support via https://support.lunarpages.com or by emailing vps@lunarpages.com as access to the server is needed to investigate this issue more deeply.
