At some point in the last week or 2 the php mail function has stopped working for me. Can someone check this out?

FYI i've tried restarting the service "IMAP/POP3 Server (Courier-IMAP)" but it still isn't working. Also, this was working on the 17th. No code has been changed.

And I can't start a problem ticket because I don't remember my password and i'm still waiting on the email with my 'confirmation code' that will allow me to reset the password. Obviously my server isn't the only one having problems with email.

Ok I need to update my comments, my script doesn't seem to email to verizon or hotmail. I suppose it's possible it never has and has only worked with 1 particular address. Any ideas?

Is it possible this server is blacklisted? Hotmail won't receive anything from Horde either.

To put in a ticket to support, just e-mail support@lunarpages.com.  Once they have had a look at your issue they can also update your username and password to the help desk so you can get your login problem fixed too.  Thanks!

Let me ask this, does my domain have a SPF recorded associated to it?

I really would like some help because emailing support hasn't helped. They haven't even responded. I'd be happier with, "we don't know how to help you". Anything is better than being ignored by a company whom you pay every month.

Hello nbtc971,

Did you send the support email from the address noted in your profile? Unfortunately, I'm not able to find a ticket opened from that mail address. If you used another address, please send a private message to me with it so that I can find out what is going with your ticket.

As for the SPF record, if you didn't setup it your self or ask us to do so for you, it is more than likely your domain does not have configured it.

Just for those who this might help, I was able to get email working by adding a SPF file to my DNS. I used this wizard from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safety/content/technologies/senderid/wizard/

Though there are others out there.

perestrelka was a big help. Thank you.

I've been having problems sending to my yahoo email.

I've tried adding a SPF record, but it's still not working for me.  Did you have to do anything else besides adding it?

Here's my TXT record:
v=spf1 ip4:209.200.248.73 ?all

Is yours similar?
