I  have a question.

Why does it appear I have switched from cpanel to plesk? I didn’t request it. But when I logon to root I get s plesk screen. Its been a week or so since it happened.

I could be doing something wrong, but this is the first time this has happened.

I don’t mind, but I am just wondering.

I would contact support. Plesk and Cpanel are two different products and I wouldn't expect one to replace the other without you knowing about it.

It would be better to contact official support to look into this issue by emailing dedicated@lunarpages.com. Problems like this faster and better to handle via the desk.

I should be finished with my last ticket today. I’ll start a new one when the one current is finished

Would they be able to look into why it was changed, is there some sort of history of my account. It might have been done for a reason. But I haven’t been told

I think we’re dealing with something supernatural here. I log on to web mail and it appears that all my messages aren’t showing. My web mail says I have 11 (and the number is growing) messages. I go to my in box they aren’t there. I search everywhere I can find them. I try to find settings to show them. Nothing helps.

Hmmm poltergeist? Are you not telling us that lunar was built on top of an old burial ground. Is anyone an exorcist?

I wouldn't wait. You can have more than one ticket open at a time as far as I know. With it taking many hours between responses, it can take several days to resolve an issue when you factor in sleep time. Smile The support staff seems to be very knowledgeable and are eager to help resolve your issue. They've helped me overcome several issues, some of which I caused myself without knowing it and they figured it out and set me on the correct path again.

I'm not sure what is happening with your email. Depending on what browser you are using, try to flush the cache. (On Internet Explorer hold down the control and shift key at the same time and click the browser refresh button) Sometimes that helps with web page anomalies.

Hope that helps.

Hi Akchuck1960,

If you current ticket does not mention this issue, feel free to open another one. The only thing we encourage customers to not do is to not open multiple tickets on the same issue to not create confusion and to avoid support staff from double-working. If the browser cache flush mentioned by George does not help, mention this problem in the ticket as well.

We have notes on your account that could help to track down what's happened.

I tried to flush my cache, didn’t work. A local priest stopped by, and looked my VPS and ran a way screaming. There still hole in the door the shape of him.

Right now I am pretty confused over exactly what is going on. I thought a password reset would take only a day (24 hours) its over 24 hours and no word.

I’ll send out one about the email and cpanel in a few, when I get some other stuff out of the way.

Akchuck1960,

If you are still experiencing high delays in reply for the concerns that do not require some time to be solved, can you please send me a private message with the ticket numbers and I'll check on what is going on.
