For some reason my server can receive emails but can't send. Just now when I tried to send an email using Squirrel Mail I got this error:

Email delivery error
Server replied: 11 Can't execute command '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/sendmail_cpanel -i -t -fmy@email.com'.

Any ideas how to fix it?

I suggest you to email the support at vps@lunarpages.com regarding this issue. They will be happy to assist you with it.
