Hello vivalite,

I am sorry for the delays.

Our support ticket system usually gets replies from 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on ticket volumes at the time. I see where your ticket was at 3 hours 58 minutes and was at the top of the queue when you replied again to it before hearing from a tech. This bumps it to the bottom of the queue again as the system works based on the last reply time. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please do not reply until you hear from a tech. You should be getting a reply soon.

I hope this helps,
RandyT

Hi Vivalite,

I am really sorry for this inconvenience and downtime caused. The hardware node your VPS is on was hanging on boot and after hard work on trying to fix that we had to restore all VPSs from the node to a new server from the latest backup. Informational email about this incident and plans about restoration was sent out to contact email addresses of all customers from the server at Jun 16 00:41 PST.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

It looks like firewall ability was reverted on my VPS. Now I am having probelm with any kind of software SPI firewall. (CSF or APF)

Can you please reconfigure VE for my VPS to enable the firewall?
I am using CSF and here I found a thread describing how to solve this problem on hw node end. (just if you ever need it)

Hi Vivalite,

I am sorry I did not have a time to check forums last few days. If you need iptables modules to be enabled for your VPS still, please IM me with your account username.

Thanks!
