Are you still fixing VPS14 node?
I am still getting the same firewall issue. (ip_limit module doesn't work)

Hi,

It would be better to send such questions to the official support at vps@lunarpages.com. Are you still experiencing any problems with your VPS?

I did. the last respond from VPS support team was 2 weeks ago:

I sincerely apologize, but your ticket was placed on hold by accident. I've made a note on it to not change the status until the problem has not been fixed and asked an admin to look into it.
