 No but you can download it for free and install it yourself.

Can I install subversion server software? 

Yes.

How easy would it be to upgrade to a dedicated server?

 Very easy.

Will I be able to get unused credit applied when I upgrade to a dedicated server?

Yes, we would pro-rate any time left on your VPS account and discount it off the new dedicated plan.

Hi,

To start the upgrade procedure, you need to send a request to vps@lunarpages.com. You would include the last 4 digits of your credit card to authorize the upgrade and associated charges.

After your VPS server was setup, it will be your responsibility to transfer your site to the new server. We can't do that for you because control panels differ on shared and VPS servers.

To minimize the downtime during the transfer, I would recommend to follow the following steps:

1. Set the forums to read-only mode.
2. Transfer the site to VPS and test it using site-preview feature in Plesk
3. Register private nameservers and set them for the domain
4. Disable the read-only mode and confirm that the shared account can be terminated after the DNS propagation is completed.

This way, your site always be online during the transfer but in read-only mode. This mode is required to avoid data inconsistence as some forum posts may be updated at the old location when you are setting the site up on VPS.
