Looking over the plans I am guessing WHM is not offered for VPS.

The reason I am asking is “when” I go VPS, I would like to donate some extra space and bandwidth to very small community groups. I am assuming that WHM allows you to setup different accounts for users.

I could go reseller but this would mean extra money out of my pocket for the separate accounts, which wouldn’t be bad but it would add to my overall cost when choosing my upgrade.

I believe plesk comes with the VPS hosting and does let you setup multiple domains controlled by different clients.   See http://www.swsoft.com/plesk/

You probably could install WHM since you have control over the account (like a dedicated server), though you'd probably have to purchase it and install it yourself (LP does offer installation services for a fee)

Thanks for the clarification, I thought plesk might have something. But I wasn’t sure, since I have never used plesk outside the beta period.

I know I post some very basic questions. But my experience has been never to assume anything when dealing with net issues.

Hello akchuck1960,

cPanel is available on VPS server for $10 of install fee and licensing fee of $35 per month.

I hope this helps.

Thanks, it was more a common sense thing. With the package I had it cost me only 50.00 bucks extra a year to have the same type of stuff I have with VPS.  So I pay a little extra and get VPS.
