Congratulations to Katrina Kane.
 
Katrina excels on so many levels as a Remote Support Representative for Lunarpages.  She is always reliable and on time, she is pleasant, polite and helpful to all staff and customers she interacts with, and she goes above and beyond the expected duties that her position requires.
 
Katrina has made a massive contribution to the recent RSR manual, she is always active on the forums, and she's always checking, updating and adding new FAQ articles.
 
Well done Katrina!

Katrina's supervisor is Amy and I'll let her expand on this as well
