Everyone congratulate Alex for this month's outstanding achievement.

Alex is one of our customer service representative.  He consistently has the best call volume numbers and we also receive numerous compliments about how helpful he is and his demeanor on the phones.

His direct supervisor is Chad and I'll let him add to this.

Ever Alex started working with us he has proved over & over again how much of an asset he is to the company & our strong customer service background. Without employee's like Alex, we would not be able to offer the customer server/support that we do.
