Congratulations Steven or Priest as many of you know him.  
 
Amy is his direct supervisor and she nominated him this month for Outstanding Achievement  
 
Priest is very active on the forums, he's always the first person to volunteer to work overtime and assist new RSRs with their training.  He is valued, reliable and fantastic with our customers.  
 
He takes the time to understand support issues, and resolve and help our customers to understand the process.
