Emails not coming in

Is anyone else hitting a problem receiving emails? I have not received an email for 5 hours. I can send them out no problem.

Hi Mitch,
Yes, still having a problem. www.companio.us is the domain. I had this issue last week and also in August. Last week I was told it was a DNS issue. In August it was your spam assasign. I have sent them directly from webmail and they never come back. Others are receiving my emails so it's just a receive issue again.

I see your on Kraz. There are no server wide issues at this time, just curious if you get any error messages when you are checking for new mail (like can't connect with server, problems making connection, ect) or if it acts like all is fine - except your not getting new message?

This might be an issue for support to trouble shoot as well, would not hurt to shoot them over a line about it. Also, might be a kinda obvious question, but did you make any big changes before it stopped working for you that might have had any effect on it?

FYI, I am on Kraz and I am not receiving mail either. itsiest.com and support3.com

This also happened to me in August. At the time, I didn't see anything about an outage. SHouldn't these be more prominently posted somewhere? I hope no mail was lost because this seems to happen a lot.

Haven't been any major issues with Kraz lately, but to answer your question yes we do often announce upgrades or problems here and here. Hope that helps.

I'm on Kraz too. Same problem. URL's are www.stixtar.com and www.7messages.com. It appears to be working now.... I got all of yesterdays emails at one time.
