hello,

i need some help troubleshooting this email problem.

1)  i have a form on a webpage that a potential customer fills out and then
2) this info is mailed to a customer service agent (csa) via email in html format--cs@domain.com
3) when the email is accessed via webmail everything is *fine*.
4) the csa wants to access this thru outllook 2007--when i forward the email to the csa
from webmail it appears fine in html in outlook 2007 . ( but i will not always be there to do that)

5) The Problem-- when i turned on redirect thru cpanel the email shows up not as html but as
source code of the html--garbage to the csa.
6) so i turned  off redirect and tried the forward option from my settings in wemail
with these settings:

Spell Check Dictionary - English (United States)
Compose Format - HTML
Text Encoding - Western European (ISO) (default)
Forwarding Method - Normal
Reply Header Type - Basic
Reply Text Indicator -

still the source code was delivered to outlook 2007.

7) since outlook is working when i forward the email from webmail but does not work when
i use redirect, or the forward option.  i deduced this a lunarpages problem.
Gleam i also set up a test account in outlook 2007 for cs@domain.com and it comes up with source code in the inbox.

i am not looking forward to talking to the csa on monday without this being solved.  i have been in the  tech support ticketqueue for 3 days
and tried calling today but with no answer.

if anyone can help. i would appreciate it.

thanks,
craig
