I am NEW at most of this.  With my unlimited email addresses, am I able to 'give out' or manage email addresses for many people other than me?

So I could give users email addresses of KermitTheFrog@mysite.com and other names, each with their own password, and way of accessing the email?

As long as they have something to do with your web site or business, then it should not be a problem.  I wouldn't advertise "I'm giving away free addresses at me@mydomain.com" though.  E-mail limits are 500-600 per hour and 20 per minute.
