Help I have been reading over the How-TOs and the FAQs and even a bit about MailMan.  And I have not found the answer to which I seek.  Crying or Very sad

I am attempting to set up a distribution list for our small ORG,.. but have not been able to get it to function.  I've been told I need to manage it,.. so having local (personal) distribution lists won't work.  I'll need a address in cPanel that will do the work.

I've tried Forwards / filters,.. and a few other variation, and have had no luck.  I don't want to have to manage MailMan due to some issues with it (my understanding is that the person would have to log into the domain/mailman to compose and send the messages).  It needs to be a email address for simplicity  Hypno

Would anyone have any suggestions please?  I'm at a loss as to how to make this work..

Have you checked out PHPlist and Dada Mail yet?  Those are two nice alternatives.  Thumbs Up

Fowarders are the answer:

everybody@yourdomain.com>>>person1@yourdomain.com
everybody@yourdomain.com>>>person2@yourdomain.com

etc

Mitch - I will look into those.

Stephen - I have tried that,.. but maybe not in that regard.  I felt that one forward would work, and have multiple address.  Maybe I need to go back and try again, and adding it the way you suggested.

ETA:  DadaMail has exceeded their bandwidth for the month... Oops

I've tried Stephens suggestion and that does work nicely.  But I thought I remembered being able to download the Forwarder file and bulk add several addresses at once and then upload the file back.  I see the filter file,.. but not the forwarder.

It is possible to bulk add?
