About the best 'net-based scan I've seen is at
http://housecall.antivirus.com
Trend provides a free scan.  You can scan one folder, or your whole computer.  You have to install a control, it's okay.  If you run Norton or Mcafee, you may be in for a surprise when you scan with Trend.  Good, up-to-date scan.  And, did I mention free?

Trojans? AAAaaand How!  All it downloads is a little applet-type thing that it sticks in your objects folder there.  It's really small, really good, and really mean against those wormy types.
...and did I mention....free?
