Hello all.

I just had an SSL certificate installed on my subdomain and now the primary domain cannot be accessed. I've tried uploading the site files again to both the httpdocs and httpsdocs folder and this does nothing. All I get is the Plesk Server Default Page. My subdomain, though, works perfectly.

Help???

More info:

I needed a specific subdomain of my site (intranet.newschoolssi.com) secured with SSL, so I got a certificate. Great. But if I have the static IP address selected in Plesk I can't access any other subdomain or the primary domain (www.newschoolssi.com). Only when I select the Shared IP address are the other addresses available. Is this my fault for requesting the certificate for the subdomain instead of the primary domain? I've attached pics to show what I mean...

Looks like this might need to be looked into on the server side.  Please contact support@lunarpages.com, and point them towards your examples here and they should be able to help you get this cleared up if possible.  Thanks!
