Upload protocols

I would like to know if the Reseller Hosting plan has any other protocols apart from FTP that can be used to upload/download files such as: FSP and SSH2. I'm saying this because FTP is not secure. If not, is there a way of "securing" FTP ?

SSH and sFTP do not come with the reseller hosting plan. However, you should be able to login and the server does support FTP w/explicit TL encryption.
