Dear Lunarpages Customer:

Lunarpages is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We are very proud of our reputation for having a level of customer satisfaction among the highest in the industry. To help ensure that we are providing the types of services our customers demand we recently surveyed our customers to see what they wanted most in their hosting plans. 

Based in part upon the results of our survey Lunarpages is pleased to announce some exciting improvements to our Shuttle and Voyager Plans!  In coming days all existing customer accounts will automatically be upgraded.   New customer accounts will include the upgrades immediately.  Lunarpages is confident that our customers will be pleased with the changes we are making:

**Bandwidth**

We have more than doubled the allowed bandwidth for our customers.  Shuttle customers now receive 100GB of transfer per month and Voyager customers 200GB per month. 

**MySQL Databases**

We received many requests for additional databases.  The Shuttle plan now includes 3 databases and the Voyager plan includes 5! 

**Add-on Domains**

Add-on domains allow you to run multiple separate websites within one account and they also include unlimited email addresses for the add-on domain.  Shuttle customers now receive 1 free add-on domain and Voyager customers have 3 now included in their plans!

**Parked Domains**

Parked domains allow you to point another domain name to your primary domain.  You may also add as many email addresses as you’d like to parked domains.  We now offer unlimited parked domains on both Shuttle and Voyager accounts.

**Sub-domains**

Now customers may create unlimited sub-domains on both Shuttle and Voyager accounts!  Make as many “yoursubdomain.yourprimarydomain.com” addresses as you’d like.  All sub-domains come with unlimited email addresses as well.

**FTP Accounts **

FTP accounts are now unlimited for both Shuttle and Voyager plans.  Use these to transfer files to your visitors. 

**Free Shared SSL Certificate**

Our free shared SSL certificate is now offered on both Shuttle and Voyager Plans.  If you would like to run an ecommerce site, please see http://helpdesk.lunarpages.com/faq.php?do=article&articleid=427 for information on how to use the free certificate included in our plans.

Remember that in addition to these changes, every new 12 month account is entitled to a free new domain name for as long as you host with us or instead if you already have a domain name we can take over as the registrar on your domain,  and you will receive FREE renewals for the life of your hosting account with us! 

These upgrades apply to ALL Shuttle and Voyager accounts currently hosted at Lunarpages and you will soon see these changes reflected when you login to your Cpanel!  Please note, it will take some time to push this to all our servers, so please be patient.  We have to make changes one server at a time.  We will announce completion of this at Lunarforums here:  http://www.lunarforums.com/forum/index.php?topic=28456.0.
