Hello,

We have an issue occurring on our network in Los Angeles datacenter for several dedicated servers. We will be contacting via email and/or phone all dedicated customers impacted within the next hour or so. We respect your privacy, so we are not posting online the dedicated servers customer IPs being impacted by this networking issue, but you should hear from us shortly if your server is impacted. Otherwise, please do feel free to call us at 714-521-8150 and select the dedicated queue to reach us.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this might be causing.

The dedicated servers that were impacted are coming back now and most should be online or resuming service shortly. Again, we are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
