We currently use FeaturePrice and I have never before experienced such horrible service.  I am going to switch asap.  I'm impressed so far with LunarPages.  A few quick and easy questions (I'm very new to this - just started with FeaturePrice a few months ago):

1- Does LunarPages allow you to check your email accounts via the web?
2- Does the stated 99.9% uptime refer to email accounts as well (i.e. is there risk of your email going down frequently like at FeaturePrice - 4 times in 2 months)?
3- Does LunarPages offer any services to help you get a basic website setup fast?  Some of the other providers out there offer it for a fee.

Thanks,
Tim

Thanks for the speedy reponse.

#3 clarification: Templates would be nice, but I was referring to a more specific service.  For example, Dell web hosting will assign you a professional who will listen to your needs and then build you a 3-page website for around $400 or so.  I'm switching over today anyway, just wanted to know if LunarPages offer something similar.

I don't think so.

http://www.lunarpages.com/htmlhelp.html might be good.

Or, you could use Microsoft Frontpage, or Macromedia Dreamweaver to make a website.
