Happy to hear you are interested in our hosting services.  Once your new account was setup here, you would simply need to re-create the e-mail addresses on our side.  This post from the wiki has more information:

Hope that helps, and if you have any other questions feel free to let me know.  Thanks!

How are your e-mails in each account stored?  Do you have them downloaded to a client, stored on the server via webmail?  Give us a little more information about your current setup, and we'd be happy to offer any suggestions we can. Very Happy

In that case you would need to download the webmail in question, or send it to another address, and then re-upload it (or resend it) once the new e-mail account was in place.  How much/how many e-mails are we talking about?

You would not be able to resell or give away the hosting space on our Basic plan.  You might though check out our affiliate plan, which will in effect, pay you each time you send a customer our way.  Thumbs Up

Well, until you get things moved over - I would suggest you keep your old hosting account open.  Talking things over with the support team, one method you might try is try backing it up via logging into your account (from FTP) in this path:

home/user/mail/domain.com/

Just download the entire domain.com folder then upload the subfolders into the new account.  Once you have re-created the e-mail account 99% of the time, it will sync with the existing folder you have uploaded.

Hi there,

me back again, sorry i couldn't reply your last post becasue i was busy. I've transferd my domain last night and created all the email accounts, now the problem is this that no one can login into webmail, webmail showing the "Username not found with the password that was provided ".

Secondly, Manage/Register Domains is showing me that The domain maxim-intl.com could not be found. It is either not registered through Lunarpages or cannot be accessed at this time

I don't see any email accounts created under Remote Mail in Plesk.

Since your domain is not registered through us, Manage/Register Domains will show the message you provided. That is normal.

Your domain is not pointed here:

Domain Name: MAXIM-INTL.COM
   Registrar: ONLINENIC, INC.
   Whois Server: whois.onlinenic.com
   Referral URL: http://www.OnlineNIC.com
   Name Server: NS1.LATESTSOL.CO.UK
   Name Server: NS2.LATESTSOL.CO.UK

I have logged into your Plesk panel here twice and do not see any email accounts created under Remote Mail. You must be creating them on your old server or on some other account you may have added that domain too. I am logging into the account with primary domain MAXIM-INTL.COM
