About that Frontpage Express, the only download I was able to find was a German Version, LOL. I checked Microsoft (the link you gave me) couldn't find it, did a search and found plenty of info and update, addons and such but no FPE.

I don't want to mess with a trial versions of anything, if I like it, it won't matter cause I couldn't afford it.

By the way that FlashBuilder has it's on address. What I mean is, like my message boards are from a another provider (DreamTools.com) that's linked to my site, and my site linked to it. I'd have to use a link to connect them together. Thing is it's limited by sws, jpg, & MP3 files only, only five pics per page per page ext. (thats a total of 50 pics and limited pixel size). So I can only use this for one "topic".
Go check this page out: Stevens Open Forum this is the test I did, scroll around the page and you'll see what I'm talking about.

The only problem is you will limit your user base to those who have the flash plug-in installed (Most should, but there are quite a few who don't), because otherwise they will get a error when the page is loading.

I might just use it for my drawings or something like that. Hell the people who don't have the right plug-ins already I don't care. Sorry bad attitude, but I'm back to sqaure one again. That FPE is all in German, so unless you have a direct link to the page w/FrontPage Express download, my search ends for awhile cause I'm    "[whip]"

Frontpage Express comes with Internet Explorer v4 an v5. They stopped adding it or supporting it after v5.

I might suggest CoffeeCup HTML Editor. Yes, it's shareware, but unlike Dreamweaver (which is worth the cost IMHO) it's only $50 to register it. http://coffeecup.com/html-editor/

You might also look at Netscapes built in Composer which comes standard with Netscapes download. While not the fanciest thing in the world, I still believe it is a step above a page builder.

I have the newest or latest edition of Internet Explorer so I can't downgrade. Where can I get the complete package of the Netscape, a week ago I downloaded Netscape 7.0 is that it?

Yep.. thats it... look down in the bottom right hand corner and you should see some icon links for various things, one of them is Composer.

Well I never installed it, it's a large file. I wasn't sure if it was something that would be useful or not. Will Netscape have any effect on my computer setings?

Nope...I have Opera, Netscape, Mozilla and IE all installed on the same computer. It's a good thing for people designing websites so you can see what your creation looks like and how it reacts in the main 4 browsers.
