i brought your this plan http://www.lunarpages.com/basic-hosting/ and ccording to thi plan your supporting

Shell Access Available
Ruby on Rails Support Included

but when i go to my Cpanel this option is not available why?

Those items will not show in Cpanel. Shell is available not included. It costs an additional $2 per month and will require a server move to a supporting server. Ruby is included. Please contact support@lunarpages.com to have them generate an app for you.
