I have paid for hosting account yesterday morning.. and now its over one and half day and still my account is not activated. I contacted the support and they first said it should be activated shortly and after a day they said to send them photo id.. and i sent that and still no any reply. I have paid with paypal and im verified member, i dont understand why activating account is so much complicated.. i have been hosted with BlueHost, Servage, the other hosting company, the other hosting company (for different websites) and they all activate account so quickly. I saw lunarpages packages and they were nice so i decided to buy the hosting but its been so long. I wish someone could tell how long more it will take to activate the account.

Do you have a help desk ticket number?  If so I could look into this for you.  With most new accounts we always verify the order by phone just to make sure you are you (to protect both the security of the user and us from fraud charges and other problems that related with that).  If you can give me your help desk ticket number though I can make sure that all that can be done is being done with this issue.  Thanks!
