That is not a real domain.

If you have something.idv.tw

then that is a subdomain.

idv.tw is a domain, but yourname.idv.tw is just a subdomain.

You would have to put a page forwarding ***.idv.tw to your lunarpages.com account.

no, ur wrong.
for example,my domain name is XXX.idv.tw
this is a real domain name
my subdomain name is www.XXX.idv.tw
my website is from taiwan, so it has .tw

it's a big problem.
In other host, I can type manually, but in lunarpages, I cannot choose .idv.tw in the list

I see.

Perhaps it is like ****.co.uk for UK domain names.

In this case, if you contact support@lunarpages.com , they will organise your domain transfer for you.

Actually, you could signup for lunarpages now, and then e-mail support@lunarpages.com to get the domain transferred.

You can sign up without a domain.

I have a question, I'm with Yahoo Geocities right now and want to change host, question is, is the domain transfer done automaticly or will I have to get the (don't know what there called) codes myself? Are there any extra cost for the transfer?

contact the registrar you registered your domain name with and change the name servers to point to lunarpages' name servers  (http://www.lunarpages.com/faq/changenameservers.html) . it can take up to a couple of days to update.

Where would I find the registrar?, I got my domain name from Yahoo when I signed up. I got the free package first, then upgraded to premuim package months later. I didn't have to pay for a domain name at any time. Does this make a difference.
