. But I made some mistakes

with the payment of the credit card method.
This is what I did:
First when I register the billing info I wrote my name. The credit card was borrowed from another person name because mine it just a debit card which doesn´t work for this purposes. Then when I wanted to update the data to the person's name owner the system charged me another year more

. How can I undo the second year? Please tell me that I can undo this

Secondly How does LP place the transfer offer? I was charged a whole year without any discount

. Does LP do it later? I just want to be clear on this.
BTW I’ve already opened tickets to the billing department, I suppose they just work from Mon to Fri, but could you answer just this to be clear? Please.
