I’ve already signed up . But I made some mistakes with the payment of the credit card method.

This is what I did:

First when I register the billing info I wrote my name. The credit card was borrowed from another person name because mine it just a debit card which doesn´t work for this purposes. Then when I wanted to update the data to the person's  name owner the system charged me another year more . How can I undo the second year? Please tell me that I can undo this .

Secondly How does LP place the transfer offer? I was charged a whole year without any discount . Does LP do it later? I just want to be clear on this.

BTW I’ve already opened tickets to the billing department, I suppose they just work from Mon to Fri, but could you answer just this to be clear? Please.

Unfortunately it’s not like that. Look I’ve been charged for two invoices now

See two charges, different periods and no Hosting Transfer Offer credited for six months added. Any suggestion on how could I fix that please?
