I have been with Lunarpages since the beginning.
I've had no problems at all, but the support staff are very friendly and actually reply to e-mails, unlike many other hosts!

I've only been a subscriber for a short period of time. But I can say that in comparison to my old host, Lunarpages is a gift from heaven.
The staff is pleasant and knowledgable. The service is reliable, and all service issues are resolved quickly. The control panel is fantastic.
Best of all, with Lunarpages you get more bang for your buck.

Lunar pages is the best hosting plan your money can buy if you are looking for jsp support with a database to go with it. The 20 GB bandwidth and a host of other features are an added bonus.

Lunarpages offers good features and flexibility for the price, but more importantly they offer excellent customer service. They quickly respond to email requests, they are friendly, they offer personalized help/answers and not "form letter" responses, and they are even friendly and helpful when you commit "stupid" beginner mistakes and they need to help you. I don't know if I will need a lot of help following some issues I had when first establishing my site with Lunarpages, but it brings me piece of mind to know that their staff will be available and helpful if I do have problems.

I can only say that not only has lunar pages been wonderful to me over the last year, the forum is fabulous and I want to have my next domain here hosted here too.
And Stephan you are wonderful! A huge help!

I beleive Lunarpages is the best place for a great website with low costs.I tell my friends all about it and they are amazed.Great service great people. Thank you lunarpages.
(Also I am one of the few that was signed up here at the beginning and have had lots of good times getting help and helping others it's a blast.)
