Well the only aspect of mobile site hosting that you wouldn't be able to do here would be register a .mobi domain name.  You could do that elsewhere though, (as long as they allow you to chance the nameservers your domain name is pointing at to our nameservers).  Past that point though, you would just need to study up on how to convert your pages over to a smaller layout for mobile devices. (that would be a good idea for a new thread here elsewhere on the forums) As far as how to do that, that would depend on the tools you are using now to edit and customize your web site.  Hope that helps!
