Hey,
I was asked today to make a website for someone including getting the server and domain all set up for them.  I was wondering about information on doing so, such as, if I payed for the plan with my credit card not having the card listed as information for their plan.  I checked through the FAQ's pre-sale questions and didn't located anything to help.  Basically I am setting up the account and the site and then I am showing them how to maintain it and after that I am no longer in the picture.

You could go ahead and setup the hosting account with your information if needed - then if they wish to switch it over to them for them to pay the hosting bills, drop an e-mail to billing@lunarpages.com and they can do the ol' switcharoo with the account information.  Hope that helps!
