I just switched over to Lunar from another host and I must say it has been an extremely positive experience.  

I made my decision this morning, filled out the web-based application, and within 20 minutes I received an e-mail confirmation explaining what would happen next.  That first email told me to watch for 2 more - one, a receipt, and the second, complete instructions and access information.

One hour later, I received a phone call from New Accounts - they were confirming that I had actually placed the order. But I missed the call - it went to voicemail.  I called back and the guy who answered said, "Oh yes, I see your information. We'll have your account set up momentarily."  

Within 5 minutes I received the next 2 emails.  The instructions for accessing my web directory were thorough and clear.  They provided me with 3 different methods of access, and the links to my control panel. I needed to go into my control panel and install the Frontpage extentions, but I had my site completely uploaded within the next 30 minutes.

All-in-all it was a total of 2 hours from the time I ordered online to the time my site was online, up and running.  

This is just unbelievable service.  I must also commend all the people who moderate this board, for answering all my questions clearly and concisely.

I really feel comfortable that I made the right decision.  Not only an incredible value, but outstanding service and support!
