Alright I was able to hunt down your ticket number, and I could see where the tech working on your ticket may have been confused. I've been looking this over for some time and I have a few things that should be worth checking into.
First thing I would suggest doing is trying to contact the script creator to see if this should work on a Windows hosting account. I see on the official web site that the only requirement was php 4 or php 5 but there really should be more information there for you to go by. Not sure if this is a cURL issue so much as just a bad script or a script not meant for Windows hosting.
Also it was brought to my attention that the web site's official domain:
http://www.phpvideosearch.com/index.htmlThe top graphic when you hover over it has the text "Videosearchscript.com" which is a totally different web site you might also want to get more information from. Not sure if the two are related.
Also, if the script works on your Linux hosting account, then you could add the not-working domain to your hosting plan as an addon domain. On the Basic and Business hosting plans, you can host an unlimited number of addons (as many as you have room to support) so that might be the quicker fix to this issue.
And one more thing, if your looking for an alternative I would recommend searching here:
