I have 2 questions, I am interested in the windows VPS hosting.

1. is it only annual billing? Cant I do it quarterly for example or monthly is even better.

2. If I take VPS and buy the expression encoder from microsoft with full license, will I be able to install it
on my account?

by the way, the encoder will do a run time conversion of the video and my custom software will upload it to
silverlight live.

On the Windows Virtual Privates Server plan you have the following payment options:

12months @ 69.95 $39.95 per month with free setup! For a limited time only!
Otherwise the plan runs $74.95 per month with a $30.00 setup fee
