Hello,

The Watchmen server requires a restore as the server has file system errors that are preventing it from booting up. Please note that sites are currently offline for Apache activity and other services. While we are working to bring the existing server online, we are starting this restoration in the event that does not happen. Should the server come back from file system check, we will bring it back online.

Accounts will begin to restore throughout the process, which means some accounts will be back online within an hour from this notice as the restore progresses. If your site it not yet online, please check back periodically as most will restore within the first few hours.

Unfortunately, we do not have advance knowledge of the exact time of when all services will be back to normal as it is dependent on numerous factors, however, we are estimating the restore will complete by approximately 10am Pacific time on Wednesday, June 3, 2009.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hello,

We managed to bring the old Watchmen server back online so the Watchmen server is currently moving to a new server as a precaution due to possible drive issues. This will be a rsync move from the old location to a new machine. You will experience no downtime during this process, although we do suggest no significant changes be made to your site until the migration is complete. At the end of the migration, the server will require a reboot and a final check for updated files. Unfortunately, we do not have advance knowledge of the exact time of when this window will occur as it is dependent on numerous factors, however, we are estimating this will be at approximately 8:00am Pacific time on Wed, June 3rd, 2009.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
