well I just opened up an account with lunar pages. So far so good, I have phpbb2 kinda working (hold on and ill explain) and everything else seems ok... but im trying to setup my page so it looks exactly like or close to this site

here is my current site http://fmc-gaming.com/phpBB2/ <--- The domain is different because I am on a limited budget, I would have transfered but It would have cost me another 10$.

a few things im looking to change... or do... I need to figure out how to setup a homepage for this site so it looks like http://www.fmcgaming.com/portal.php and so I can be able to add on stuff like a shoutbox.... I was also wondering if I would be able to change the forum so its not in that folder but looks more like this when you visit a topic http://fmc-gaming.com/viewtopic.php?t=1 instead of http://fmc-gaming.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1 and if i cant change it so its like http://fmc-gaming.com/viewtopic.php?t=1 can I just change the file name of the phpbb file??? (without having to mess around in mysql, which im happy to have taken a class on in college ).

Also I am having trouble finding information out about the ftp stuff ( I would like to use some other ftp software such as filezilla or the coffee cup software which I havent been able to get my hands on). Im use to just having the ftp be ftp://fmc-gaming.com and be able to access the files with my username and password but it doesnt seem to be going anywhere is my web-browser.
