I am a novice, but managed to help myself with css etc. I am in the process to make a new Coppermine Theme. Everything works fine. I added a right sidebar. Questions is how do you make the sidebar move with the content. Meaning they must have the same height. I cannot state height as the gallery tags go in the main content. So you cannot always determine the height of the content div.
Any help? Site is not up and running yet. (Hope it make sense.)

/* Content*/

#content {
padding : 0;
margin-left : 200px;
margin-right : 5px;
color : #555;
background-color : #f7f7f7;
}

/* Sidebar */

#sidebar-a {
float : left;
width : 180px;
margin-left : 5px;
padding : 0 5px 0 5px;
color : #666;
background : #f7f7f7;
}

I included the css here. Everything resides inside a container tag.

Why don't you create a layout class for the content of the same height as the sidebar and then put the regular content tag inside that?

Thanks, I decided for the easier option. Made the background the same colour and no border. You can look here. http://www.gallery.onrustig.net

Will not win any competitions, but suits me at the moment. Any suggestions are welcome.

That displays well except for a few minor errors such as the right margins on the random files and latest additions boxes. Also the links on the top don't look like they are using margins - which makes them flow into each other on FireFox.

Thanks, will have to read up on this.  Confused I am self tought so a long way to go to get it right. Try not to mess too much with the gallery display settings.

Hi Paisley,
You might also want to consider setting a minimum value for your page width such as:  min-width: 900px; because when you view your site at say 800px some of your navigation buttons go onto a new line (search and my favorites buttons).

I hope this helps.
