After migrating from Valueweb to Lunarpages, our users encounter a double login issue.

Here is the sequence of events that produces the problem in Firefox:

1. Type in http://www.technologykitchen.com/LoginTest
2. Login panel appears
3. Type in username: testuser, password: 1234
4. Login panel reappears
5. Retype username: testuser, password: 1234
6. User gets routed to appropriate files, but browser substituted http://technologykitchen.com/LoginTest/ instead of http://www.technologykitchen.com/LoginTest
