I am not sure if I am in the correct place. I am using microsoft publisher to create my website...for the most part everything is great. My question is that I am trying to create a page for feedback...I think I have a disconnect on the page because I cannot figure out how to get the submit button to send the information to my email.

On my website I have inserted a response box and also a submit button. I don't know if there is a disconnect. I am wondering what I need to do to insert a response form and a submit button -- and get it to work.

Hi Sarah,

You could always try to free Coffeecup software that comes with LP hosting...I used it to create a form and it's very easy to use!
