 Clapping
Hello members! I was steered here by one of the Lunarpages support people; he was thinking someone here could help me out instead of running an expensive back - up of our website.
I hope it is no biggie, we just started receiving and error message on our home page through IE7. After the HP is finished loading down at the bottom left of the browser in the task bar is a yellow error icon.
""Done but with errors""?
The message is below. I checked the code for line one and there is only one word on line one?
I am lost at this point we have not done any changes to the homepage in a while.
Not sure, any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
Jill

I found the issue, it seems that SitePal had upgraded their stream to flashplayer 9 and did not tell their customers.

Line 1
Char 82
Error ‘VHSS’ is undefined
Code 0

Hi Specilist...you've got a SitePal on your pages and oddcast/sitepal have just upgraded their security on these things (which is why stuff changed without you doing a thing!).

One solution I got from a crafty asp.net programmer was to include the character in an iFrame. Placing the character in an iFrame lets you have the code stay within the Form tags, while the browser thinks that it is a separate page. Thus avoiding the error.

I've got the same issue and Oddcast aren't going to reverse this, so we'll have to get our hands dirty in the code.

Hope this helps!

Paulus
